To become a reseller, simply complete an application, agree to our terms and conditions, and make an initial purchase of at least 5 units. Additionally, ensure you comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Yes, we ask resellers to sell a minimum of 100 units within the first 6 months and 200 units within the first year to maintain an active status.
Our resellers are generally non-exclusive. However, if you purchase a large stock of at least 500 units, you may choose an exclusive territory to sell directly and even appoint sub-resellers for you.
To start, you’ll need to purchase at least 5 units. After that, you must sell a minimum of 100 units in 6 months and 200 units in a year to remain an active reseller.
Absolutely! We provide marketing and promotional materials to help you effectively market our products.
You will be the first-line support for your clients. If there are issues you can’t resolve, you may tap us for further assistance. Additionally, clients may directly access Soter Technologies’ helpline to raise tickets.
You’ll receive deal protection once you lock in a client name with us. This ensures the lead is maintained under your name for 3 months.
We ship all products Free on Board (F.O.B.) from the point of shipment. While we select the most practical shipping route, you can specify your preferred method and carrier in your purchase orders. Note that shipping fees, local taxes, and duties are your responsibility.
All vape Detectors come with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, excluding water damage or tampering. Devices that malfunction due to hardware failure are covered.
- For Resellers: We ensure all products pass quality checks before shipping. For any warranty service, send products back to us with prepaid shipping, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs for repaired or replacement products.
- For Customers: Warranties are passed on to you. You will handle first-line support for your clients and escalate critical issues to us if needed.
